A deposit is the amount of money a customer pays from his or her account in order to reserve an appointment time. Deposits can range from $20 to $50. Our appointment taking advisors can choose whether or not to require a deposit.
Note: Deposits are refunded to the customer when he/she cancels the appointment call more than 24 hours in advance. An appointment is not confirmed until we've accepted our customer's request.
